2 Ingredient Cookies

2 ingredients...
that's the kind of recipe I need.

I'm not even normally a big aficionado in the kitchen, but now, with little Missy, I DEFINITELY need all the help I can get, and I just have to share easy, peasy recipes like this one I found online.

I just LOVE cake mix because the possibities are endless. Google cake mix recipes and you're sure to come away with all sorts of ideas for that one little box.You can bake cookies, cakes, and treats with such a variety, and change it up for the occassion. For example, use the Red Velvet cake mix for Christmas, Funfetti mix for birthdays, and Spice cake mix for Fall.

That's the recipe I'm sharing today. It's so easy and so good and makes so much - it'll be sure to be one of those you keep in your back pocket for emergencies.

- 1 box Spice cake mix
- 1 can pumpkin puree

Mix the two ingredients together and bake - 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes - VOILA! You're done!

Now, I like to add a little to the recipe - so I added a little cinnamon, and to the top - cream cheese frosting is the perfect compliment.

I also love my chocolate, so I decided to add some chips. I added a bunch - semi-sweet, white chocolate, and butterscotch. I think the butterscotch chips for sure added some yummy flavor. I didn't bother with measuring -  I just dumped!
In the end you have a variety of cookies to share that are perfect for any Fall gathering- so easy, so good! You can also try adding other ingredients to the mix, such as walnuts, etc...
I also used the pumpkin puree and devil's food cake mix - very yummy! Do you know of any SUPER easy recipes to share?
