23 Weeks

     Well, we are 23 weeks along today - wow! By now you can really see (and I can really feel)  the belly poking out! Big developments this past week or two include feeling the baby move so much more - what a crazy feeling! I'm glad that I can now distinguish between a rumbly tummy and baby movements. At times I've been sitting here and I've even seen my shirt move the slightest bit. I've started tracking her movements and she is most active after a meal (of course she's a meal sister like her mom!), and at night as I'm laying on my side dozing. I was so happy when Billy was finally able to feel her kick twice this past week, he's been waiting for that for a while, and thought it was "amazing".

      Two fabric samples arrived that I ordered to choose from for the nursery, and I think I decided on one, as well as a color green that we are sampling on the nursery wall. I'm not making any decisions yet; however - you know me!

Weight: A little more than a pound

Size Equivalent: A large mango

 This week's developments: Blood vessels are developing to prepare for breathing, hearing continues to develop (Billy's job is to talk to baby every night :)
